Vintage Ink Pinot Grigio
A delicious blend of lemon custard, nectarine and white peach on the nose and palate with a rejuvenating medium acidity. Well-balanced and perfectly paired with food, or by itself.
One of the Crown Jewel grapes of the Okanagan. Harvested on a mild night in early October, they were pressed whole cluster into stainless steel tank to ensure that no phenolic compounds came along with the delicious juice. Fermented and stored in stainless steel tank until bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Try it with grilled oysters with lemon garlic butter, a turkey burger with avocado, lemon aioli and crispy fried onions. Pairs exceptionally well with Goat cheese, Grana Padano, and Gruyere.
