What is the Wine Club?
Eight of the Okanagan’s most prestigious brands: Jackson-Triggs, SunRock Vineyard, Inniskillin, Sumac Ridge, Black Sage Vineyard, Steller's Jay, See Ya Later Ranch and Nk'Mip Cellars have come together to bring you a truly unique offering, the Great Estates Okanagan Wine Club. Members of our wine club will have the convenience of receiving some of the Okanagan’s greatest wines delivered directly to your door along with invitations to our members-only events at our wineries.
We have a variety of packages to fit your needs. Wines are sent monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or bi-annually. Packages include red wines, white wines or a combination of both.
Please note that we can only ship within the provinces of British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.
Can I choose my own wine?
Wines are pre-selected by the Wine Club team before each shipment. Currently our clubs do not give members the ability to select their own wines based on varietal preferences.
Members are able to select the club they want to belong to by brand: Great Estates Okanagan (all wineries), Nk'Mip, Jackson-Triggs, Inniskillin, Sumac Ridge, or See Ya Later Ranch. Members can then further narrow down their club selection by choosing a wine type (when applicable): Mixed, White, or Red. If you select a mixed package you will be receiving primarily a mix of white and red wines but may infrequently receive a selection of our award winning dessert and sparkling wines.
How long do I have to sign up for?
A minimum commitment of two shipments is required for a membership.
How do I receive my member discount on wine?
Your wine club shipment is purchased at full retail price. The 15% discount is applied to any additional wine purchases made at one of our wineries or online. This discount does not apply to your wine club shipment.
When ordering online you will have to log in to you account and the discount will be applied automatically.
When purchasing instore at any of our wineries, you will need to show your Membership Card in order to receive the discount.
How do I change my billing / shipping address?
You can update online by logging in to your account at greatestatesokanagan.com. After logging in, click on your name at the top of the page to access your Wine Club member profile.
Please note that after a parcel has been billed - all changes will be reflected in the following club shipment. So make sure you make any address updates well in advance of your next shipment!
How do I update my email address?
You can update online by logging in to your account at greatestatesokanagan.com. After logging in, click on your name at the top of the page to access your Wine Club member profile. From there you can edit your email address. Please note that at this time we are only able to send emails to the BILLING email address.
Please keep your email address accurate and up to date. Everything from billing information to member events are communicated through email.
I haven't received any communication from the Wine Club, is something wrong?
We do all of our communication through email. Receipts, tracking numbers, and information regarding member benefits are all sent through email so make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.
Often members will find Wine Club communication is filtered into a junk mail box if they have moderate to high spam settings turned on. You will want to make sure that you have email@example.com added to your safe senders list to ensure Great Estates Okanagan Wine Club communication.
Please note that if your membership has been purchased for you as a gift - emails are being sent to the person who has purchased it for you. Please have them forward Wine Club communication to your email address. At this time our system only allows emails to be sent to the billing email address, we will make sure to notify our members if this changes in the future.
How do I update my credit card information?
You can update online at greatestatesokanagan.com by logging in to your account using the username and password created at signup. After logging in, click on your name at the top of the page to access your Wine Club member profile.

How do I switch clubs?
If you wish to switch which club you are in, you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 250.583.9844 and we can make that change to your membership for you.

What company do you use to ship my wine club package?
We use Canada Post for our wine club shipments and online orders. Canada Post requires a signature from an adult 19 years or older to deliver wine. They will not leave wine on the doorstep. If the customer is not home Canada Post will hold their wine at a local Canada Post facility up to two weeks.
When do you ship out club orders?
Wine Club shipments are shipped the third week of the shipment month
How do I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail notification the moment Canada Post picks up your shipment. This is an automated service that is offered to ensure you can keep track of your shipments.
I wasn't home when Canada Post attempted to deliver my package, now what?
If you are not home Canada Post will hold your wine at a local Canada Post facility up to two weeks.
Why is the shipping cost different every month?
We allocate between $12-$15 for 4-bottle shipments and $22-$25 for 12-bottle shipments.
While there isn’t a direct discount on the wines you receive in each shipment but you will not be charged for the shipping if you pick up at the winery. Pick up locations are Sumac Ridge, See Ya Later Ranch, Nk'Mip Cellars and Jackson-Triggs.
Is there a discount if I pick up my club order at the winery?

When will I receive my membership card?
Membership cards are mailed out once a month. If you have received multiple shipments but have not received a membership card please email email@example.com and we will send out your card to you. Only one name (the name on the shipping address) is attached to the membership card.
Don't worry! You still qualify for all Wine Club member benefits without your membership card. Simply provide us with your name at the bar and we will be able to confirm your membership!
I don't like one of the wines in my most recent shipment... can I exchange it?
Wines you receive in your Wine Club shipment cannot be exchanged. We hope that you will open the bottle of a variety that you don't think you like and be delightfully surprised!
We try to send a wide variety of our premium VQA wines in hopes that you will sample something new that you will love. Our Wine Clubs showcase a variety of wines - and are a sampler package of what the Okanagan has to offer! Wine also makes the perfect host/hostess gift so pass the bottle along to someone who will be able to enjoy it!
If you are finding you prefer red wines or prefer white wines, perhaps you might be interested in switching to a red or white only club for your next shipment. To switch clubs you can contact the Great Estates Okanagan Wine Club at firstname.lastname@example.org. All club changes will be made effective your next shipment (Including cancellations). Please note that not all clubs are available in a red only or white only option.
How do I find out about member exclusive events and other benefits?
Wine Club Member Events are posted online HERE these will be updated in advance to the events. Upcoming events and specials will be emailed to you or sent in your newsletter you receive in your wine club shipment.

How do I book my complimentary tour and tastings at the wineries?
You can reserve a complimentary tour by calling the winery directly and speaking to a winery associate, you will need to show your membership card upon arrival.

How do I get a 15% discount at the Great Estates Okanagan winery restaurants?
Show your membership card when you visit our Patio Restaurants and you will receive your 15% discount off your meal including up to 3 guests.
How do I qualify for free shipping on additional online orders from Great Estates Okanagan (greatestatesokanagan.com)?
To qualify for free shipping on orders of $300 or more you must log in to www.greatestatesokanagan.com as a Wine Club member before placing your order. Once you have a shopping cart valued at $300 or more before shipping an automatic discount will award you free shipping.
This offer is only valid for orders placed online through the Great Estates Okanagan Online Store for active Wine Club members. The order must be placed using the billing address of the active Wine Club Member.

I am going on vacation; can I place my membership on hold for a few weeks/months?
A hold may be placed on your Wine Club membership. In order to place a hold we require a start date and an end date. During the time of the hold you will not be eligible for any member benefits (events, discounts, complimentary tastings, etc). If you are going away for vacation over the winter and wish to place your membership on hold please contact us at 250.583.9844 and we would be delighted to assist you!
Holds must be placed by calling the Great Estates Wine Club.
Only one hold may be placed at a time, and each time you want to put your membership on hold a new request must be made (eg. the club will resume until you call to place it on hold again).
How do I cancel my membership?
All Wine Club cancellations must be done before the month's club order has been processed. After the club order has been processed any changes will be effective for the following shipment. Club orders are processed in the second half of the month so if you wish to cancel please make sure you provide notice to firstname.lastname@example.org within the first few days of the month. All cancellation requests made after the order has been processed will be made effective for the following shipment.

How long will you hold my Wine Club shipment?
Due to storage restrictions, we are able to hold your Wine Club packages for a maximum of 12 months. If you are attempting to claim a Wine Club package older than 12 months, your wines may be substituted for comparable products and/or updated vintages. When picking up packages 12 months or older, we ask that you phone the winery ahead of time so we may have your packages ready.
