Jackson-Triggs Reserve Merlot BBQ Sauce

- 1/4 cup Smoke & Barrel Niagara's "Wine Country Smoked BBQ Rub"
- 1/4 cup Jackson-Triggs Reserve Merlot
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsps Molasses
Combine all ingredients and mix well to incorporate. Store in the fridge, in a sealed container.
What to Use your Jackson-Triggs Reserve Merlot BBQ Sauce on:
- Brush on your favourite grilled items like chick breast, pork chops or Portobello mushrooms
- Use as a condiment on burgers, pulled pork and brisket sandwiches
- Mix equal parts of this BBQ sauce with mayonnaise for the perfect dipping option for french fries
