- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- 2 ozs Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Entourage Sparkling Brut
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until cold.
Strain the liquid into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and serve.
