Vintage Ink Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz
It has notes of blackberry, raspberry, and a subtle touch of dark cherry and mocha/vanilla. The toasty oak can also be noted.
The grapes for this blend were brought in to the winery and vinified separately, with each lot crushed immediately before beginning fermentation on their skins for about 10 to 14 days. Once fermentation was complete the grapes were pressed and the wine was sent to be aged in a blend of French and American oak for 4 months before the final blend was created. The final blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz.

It goes well with grilled steak, smoked brisket, pulled pork, and duck breast.
