Luxury begins at -10 degrees Celsius – that’s the extreme conditions required to produce one of Canada’s most sought after wines – the ever luscious INNISKILLIN ICE WINE. Your journey begins in the vineyard as you discover Inniskillin’s history and the process of bringing icewine to the world and to your table. Returning to our newly renovated tasting room, we will then share some tantalizing food and icewine pairings.
