In celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day, Chef Heat Laliberte has created a menu that is inspired by his Cree-Metis roots and the Indigenous legend of the Three Sisters – corn, bean and squash. This BBQ Salmon and Three Sisters Salad recipe is a beautiful celebration of his Indigenous roots and it pairs beautifully with Nk’Mip Cellars’ Qwam Qwmt Chardonnay and Syrah.
