The Four Food Chiefs; Bear, Salmon, Bitterroot and Saskatoon berry, represent the key elements of Indigenous Cuisine. Discover the Legend of the Four Food Chiefs and experience the art of food and wine pairing with Nk’Mip Cellars award-winning wines and specially prepared Four Food Chief inspired food bites.

Enjoy a private vineyard tour followed by a tasting in our exclusive Grotto overlooking our Red Barrel room. You'll enjoy a special selection of five library wines from our Qwam Qwmt and Mer'r'yim Series while seated at our Grotto tasting table. Limited quantities of these specially selected wines will be available for purchase after your experience.
