Jackson- Triggs Okanagan now shares its newly renovated and expanded space with Inniskillin Okanagan located just north of Oliver. Allow our experienced wine educators to share what is special and unique to each of these premium wineries such as the diverse microclimates and soils in which the grapes are grown. Taste how the wines reflect the nature of our diverse terroirs, the uniqueness of each of the winemaker’s styles and how we employ state of the art techniques and technology from our vineyards to our cellar. The wines featured include prestigious flagships like SunRock by Jackson – Triggs as well as the Discovery Series and Dark Horse Vineyard wines by Inniskillin. Your experience will be taken to another heightened sensory level as we guide you through the art and science of food and wine pairing with perfectly matched bites.
