Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

Great Estates Okanagan offers free standard shipping on online orders of $300 or more for Wine Club members. Orders must be placed through www.greatestatesokanagan.com to qualify. Wine Club members must be logged in to www.greatestatesokanagan.com with their username and password for the shipping discount to automatically apply. Packages shipped with free standard shipping are shipped via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel Service and total order delivery time will take between 2 - 7 business days (next day local, 3-day regional, 7 day rural). Orders must be over $300 before any applicable taxes or shipping charges. The order must be placed using the billing address of the active Wine Club Member.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

Inter-Provincial Shipping

At this time, we are permitted to ship British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.

Canada Post Shipping Details

Great Estates Okanagan fufills online and Wine Club orders through Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (19 years of age or older) and cannot be left on a doorstep, porch or other enclosure. Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Postal codes must be entered alpha numerically.

Wine delivery should be attempted at your door, although it is possible (especially in inclement weather) that a claim ticket is left in your community mailbox and not on your actual door. We encourage you to have packages directed to a business address for prompt delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from the winery, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package at www.canadapost.ca

Returned To Sender Packages

If you were not home at the time of delivery, or if there was no one over the age of 19 available to sign for the package, Canada Post will leave a door tag redirecting you to the nearest postal facility where you can pick up your shipment. The postal facility can also be located by imputing your tracking number into the Canada Post website. Your package will be held at the postal facility for 10 business days after the initial delivery attempt.

If the package has not been picked up within 10 business days, it will be returned to Great Estates Okanagan and you will be contacted. You will have the option to have the package reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates (outlined above) or made available for pickup at one of our wineries. Great Estates Okanagan is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with return-to-sender packages.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address. If you have an order with many different addresses and require assistance call the Great Estates Okanagan team at 250.583.9844.
